B&B HOTELS, a major economy hotel chain with 79 hotels in Germany and more across Europe and Morocco, wanted to increase the number of Google reviews for its properties and strengthen its visibility in Google search results. To do this, the company turned to TrustYou and its TrustYou Stars product to improve its online presence and encourage more guest feedback.

With TrustYou Stars, B&B HOTELS was able to collect reviews and push them directly to Google, while also integrating the content on its own websites to support more direct bookings. The results were strong: within one month, B&B HOTELS saw an 8x increase in Google reviews, a 740% lift compared with the same period the year before, and a 2.5-point increase in Google+ score after just two months.
