Arcotel Improves Response Rate +27% with TrustYou Analytics

ARCOTEL Hotels, a leading Austrian hotel brand with properties in Austria, Germany, and Croatia, wanted to better understand guest sentiment and improve review scores across its hotels. To address this, ARCOTEL Hotels turned to TrustYou’s monitoring and reputation management solutions, including TrustYou’s Reputation Surveys, to capture more guest feedback and gain deeper insight into what visitors were saying.

With TrustYou, ARCOTEL Hotels made it easy for guests to leave reviews using lobby iPads, which helped drive a significant increase in feedback. The results were strong: ARCOTEL Hotels received 26% more reviews year over year, with TrustYou Surveys generating 45% of all reviews, and survey responses outperforming other sources with a 96% average score versus 91% overall. TrustYou also helped ARCOTEL Hotels achieve 1,745 reviews per property in 2013 and rank #1 among hotel brands in reviews per property.
