Gainsight, a customer success solution provider, saw that more buyers were researching products independently and bypassing traditional sales channels. Its marketing team needed a way to present value and customer success stories in a trusted public forum, while sales wanted a faster reference process to help close deals.
Using TrustRadius, Gainsight drove its first wave of ratings and reviews at its Pulse Conference and then expanded review volume through the TrustRadius Review Acceleration Program. The effort produced 35 ratings and reviews in a single day and grew to more than 100 in-depth reviews and ratings in the first year, while also streamlining references, providing sales with social proof, and helping reduce deal cycles.
