Canem Systems Stays Online with Trimble Accubid Anywhere

Canem Systems faced a critical outage when their network server failed, cutting off access to their estimating software and preventing estimators from closing current jobs or bidding on new work. To eliminate dependence on their local network, Canem moved from on-premises Accubid products to the cloud-hosted Trimble Accubid Anywhere provided by Trimble MEP.

Trimble MEP migrated Canem to Accubid Anywhere in days, hosting and maintaining the platform so estimators can work remotely, collaborate on a single real-time database, and receive automatic updates. The move restored bidding capability, improved review and change-tracking speed, and delivered measurable gains — Canem is now twice as fast at creating estimates (from prior Accubid upgrades) and has built common assemblies that cover roughly 85% of their projects.
