Kristek Precision, a precision engineering company, faced significant challenges with on-time delivery as their business and workload grew. To address this, they turned to their existing vendor, Tricorn, to implement their Tricorn:Scheduler software on a pilot basis to better manage capacity and workshop priorities.

Tricorn worked with Kristek to overcome internal hurdles, including building trust in the automated plan and integrating the scheduler with Tricorn's Shop Floor Data Capture (SFDC-e) terminals.
