BePure, a New Zealand-based supplement company, faced the challenge of evolving its brand identity to shift from a founder-focused, holistic health image to a more scientific and clinical one to meet modern consumer demands and attract new customer segments. To track the impact of this significant rebrand, they partnered with brand tracking software vendor Tracksuit to monitor key metrics in real-time.
Using Tracksuit, the BePure team was able to measure the immediate positive results of their rebrand, including a 5.6% week-on-week increase in website sessions and a 55% month-on-month increase in their ecommerce conversion rate. Crucially, Tracksuit's data showed their brand awareness jumped from 17.6% to 20.2%, they significantly increased their male and younger audience demographics, and grew consideration among 18 to 34-year-olds by 4%, adding approximately 25,000 new potential customers.
