Accor Group, the French hospitality giant behind 140 brands in 110 countries, needed to strengthen recruitment and rebuild interest in hospitality careers after COVID-19 disrupted operations and staffing. To support its influencer program, Accor used Traackr’s influencer marketing platform to find creators with the right audience, engagement, and brand fit for a campaign aimed at younger talent.

With Traackr, Accor identified and approved influencers, managed the pilot campaign, and tracked performance across Instagram and TikTok. The London test delivered more than 200K impressions and a 4.4% engagement rate, above typical corporate content benchmarks, while also generating positive audience feedback and giving Accor confidence to expand the program to other markets; Traackr also helped inform responsible influencer marketing practices.
