Orange France, a leading telecom and internet provider, entered the connected‑home market in late 2014 with Homelive and faced the challenge of launching a new product category and building awareness, desirability, and credibility with consumers. To succeed in a sector unfamiliar to the brand, Orange needed expert recommendations and measurable social impact to drive traffic and trust.
Orange used Traackr to identify and segment four influencer communities (Marketing & Communication, High Tech, Lifestyle & Design, Connected Home) and ran tailored activations—#BougezRoger social experiences, a PR showroom event, and #JeTesteOrange product reviews—to generate buzz and long‑form content. The campaign drove 20K+ daily visitors to the Homelive site, 200+ influencer pieces (mostly expert reviews), 14K mentions with a 60% share of voice, top‑10 Google rankings, and ongoing influencer engagement that helped cement Homelive’s credibility.
