Eau Thermale Avène México, a sensitive skincare brand within Pierre Fabre’s portfolio, wanted to strengthen its influencer marketing in a crowded market and improve awareness and share of voice against competitors. With support from Traackr, the team used data-driven insights to benchmark performance, identify opportunities, and build a market-specific TikTok strategy focused on the right creators and content.
Traackr helped Eau Thermale Avène México find and vet influencers, set KPIs with its Brand Vitality Score (VIT), and launch a three-phase TikTok campaign for Hyaluron Activ B3 that combined VIP creators, educational content, dermatologists, and boosted organic posts. The results were strong: the brand reached #4 in VIT in 2023, with a 193% year-over-year increase in total VIT, plus gains of 126% in engagements, 187% in video views, 101% in impressions, and 24% in SOV.
