Pekarna NYC is a New American restaurant, cocktail bar and 320‑seat private event venue on Manhattan’s Upper West Side that needed a single, flexible system to manage a sprawling, multi‑use space. Owner Dean O’Neill sought a POS and payments solution that was easy for staff to learn, secure, able to run offline, and adaptable to shifting floor plans and event needs.
