Elis, a UK-based rental and laundry company, was looking for an enterprise service management (ESM) solution to improve collaboration and standardize processes across its global operations in 28 countries. Their challenge was to move away from decentralized systems like spreadsheets and shared inboxes to a centralized platform that could support multiple departments and languages.
TOPdesk was selected as the solution and implemented in a phased, remote-first approach, starting with IT teams in the UK and Ireland. The TOPdesk platform streamlined processes, eliminated paperwork with approval workflows, and provided better visibility into operations through reporting. As a result, collaboration improved significantly and 19 of 28 branches were onboarded, with a plan to expand to nearly all departments company-wide.
