Cranleigh School, a leading UK independent school educating more than 1,000 students, needed a flexible helpdesk that could be tailored to its IT team’s way of working. Using TOPdesk and its API, the school wanted to build custom integrations with existing systems and support service delivery for its large fleet of iPads and other assets.
TOPdesk enabled Cranleigh School to create dashboards for incident management and automate asset data imports and exports, giving the team real-time visibility into tickets and device status. With 1,484 iPads managed through scheduled processes, TOPdesk helped reduce manual tracking, improve data accuracy, and minimize human error while paving the way for proactive ticket creation and fewer disruptions to learning.
