The Bavarian Red Cross faced the challenge of standardizing and simplifying master data management, administration, and support for some 5,500 user accounts across a highly decentralized organization while enabling local teams to perform provisioning and producing tamper‑proof reports. To meet these needs it selected Tools4ever’s User Management Resource Administrator (UMRA) as a low‑cost provisioning and reporting solution.
Tools4ever implemented UMRA to give 70 local IT coordinators user‑friendly forms, role/group management, password resets and region‑level reporting that mirrors BRK’s organizational structure. The rollout (a week of initial setup and a three‑month full implementation) drastically reduced helpdesk requests, cut staffing needs so one person now does work that previously required three customer care staff plus a back‑office assistant, and delivered audit‑quality logfiles and reports for regulatory compliance.
