Delkab County, a large school district serving approximately 102,000 students and 15,500 staff across 135 schools, faced time-consuming, manual user provisioning (PowerShell scripts that took 2–3 hours) and an overwhelmed helpdesk handling frequent password reset requests. To address these challenges, they engaged Tools4ever and selected UMRA and SSRPM to automate account lifecycle management and provide self-service password resets.
Tools4ever implemented UMRA to automate provisioning, de-provisioning and account cleanup (identifying misclassified or former users in Active Directory) and deployed SSRPM so users can reset passwords from the Windows login screen. The result was an immediate and dramatic reduction in helpdesk password calls—even during the busy back-to-school period—automation of processes that previously took hours, and freed IT staff to focus on higher-value work.
