Tronox streamlines access for 3,000 employees with Tools4ever

Tronox, a worldwide producer of titanium dioxide, faced a complex IT environment complicated by mergers and acquisitions. Their challenge was to automate access management and integrate a solution seamlessly with their existing TOPdesk ITSM software. To address this, they partnered with Tools4ever and implemented its HelloID Identity & Access Management service.

The solution from Tools4ever involved rolling out the cloud-based HelloID Service Automation platform, which was integrated with TOPdesk. This allowed users to request application access themselves, with managers able to approve requests with a single click, after which changes were automatically processed. The results included greater operational efficiency and a structural decrease in the workload for Tronox’s helpdesk.
