Tronox Group Introduces Helloid Service Automation

Tronox, a global titanium dioxide producer with roughly 3,000 employees across four continents, faced a complex IT landscape shaped by mergers and acquisitions and needed to automate access management while preserving its existing TOPdesk ITSM processes. Tronox selected Tools4ever’s HelloID Service Automation to meet the requirement for seamless integration with TOPdesk and to introduce self-service access for employees.

Tools4ever implemented HelloID as a cloud-based IDaaS platform integrated with TOPdesk, enabling a self-service portal where employees request app access, managers approve with one click, and changes are automatically processed. The HelloID/TOPdesk integration cut manual helpdesk tasks, improved operational efficiency, and provided a foundation for automated onboarding/offboarding, stronger access governance and more capacity for IT innovation.
