Murray Independent School District in Kentucky, which serves four campuses, was spending a large portion of IT time manually creating and deleting user accounts and often learned about student enrollments only when teachers requested access. Tools4ever’s IAM Automation synchronized the district’s Infinite Campus student information system with Active Directory to automatically create accounts on enrollment and remove them on withdrawal, enabling students to access resources on day one.
