Coordinated Health, a hospital and health network with more than 1,300 employees across 20 locations, struggled with time-consuming, error-prone manual user account management and a helpdesk overwhelmed by password reset requests for Active Directory and Sophos Safeguard. Coordinated Health became a Tools4ever customer to address these issues using Tools4ever’s IAM, Self-Service Reset Password Management (SSRPM) and Password Synchronization Manager (PSM).
Tools4ever implemented automated provisioning and de-provisioning, SSRPM self-service password resets, and real-time password synchronization from Active Directory to Sophos Safeguard. The result was an immediate reduction in helpdesk password calls, elimination of manual account updates, a single password experience for users, and freed IT resources to focus on higher-value projects — all delivered within the planned 90-day implementation window.
