Mountain View School District, a K–8 district in El Monte, California serving about 6,100 students, faced a growing IT burden: student accounts had to be manually provisioned from Aeries into Active Directory and the helpdesk was overwhelmed with staff password-reset requests. Tools4ever implemented IAM to automate provisioning from Aeries into Active Directory (and integrate with Google), redesign workflows, and generate stronger, less-guessable student credentials, while SSRPM gave staff a self-service password reset option.
