Inspira Health Network, a non-profit healthcare system with three hospitals, over 60 outpatient locations and more than 6,000 employees, faced inconsistent user account creation and many employees with unnecessary full system access. To solve this, Andrew Gahm introduced Tools4ever’s Identity Access Management (IAM) solution to standardize account provisioning and control access rights.

Tools4ever implemented IAM electronic forms with drop-downs, mandatory fields and delegated provisioning to enforce consistent account creation, reduce errors and clean up Active Directory. IAM also enabled granular access assignment and centralized reporting, decreasing the number of users with full access, improving security and audit readiness; as a result, Inspira now has standardized account management, fewer provisioning errors and a cleaner, more compliant AD environment.
