Haas Automation, a California-based manufacturer with 1,500+ employees and 170 distributors worldwide, faced manual, error-prone user lifecycles: HR and IT didn’t have a single source of truth, account creation and password distribution were ad hoc, and password-reset tickets burdened SAP admins. Seeking a smaller, fast-moving partner, Haas selected Tools4ever and its HelloID, IAM, PSM, SSRPM and Service Automation solutions to pilot identity, access, SSO and password management improvements.

Tools4ever delivered a phased rollout: PSM synchronized AD credentials into SAP to cut reset tickets, IAM automated provisioning from SAP into Active Directory after HR data cleanup, SSRPM enabled self-service password resets and secure account claiming, and HelloID provided SSO and service automation. The result: automated user lifecycle management, stronger access governance, fewer helpdesk calls and immediate time savings — onboarding/offboarding now takes roughly 25% of the time it did previously — and eliminated manual data entry and related errors.
