Judson Independent School District, a public school district in San Antonio, Texas, faced rising enrollment and tight funding that strained IT resources and made manual user-account management across Active Directory, the ERP and eSchoolPlus error-prone and time-consuming. To automate and simplify identity synchronization, Judson selected Tools4ever and its User Management Resource Administrator (UMRA) solution.

Tools4ever implemented UMRA to auto-provision and de-provision accounts across systems, cutting new student account setup from about a week to next-day access, stabilizing administrator man-hours and enabling IT to redeploy resources to higher-value tasks.
