David Douglas School District, a K–12 district serving about 10,000 students across 16 facilities, faced a growing challenge of manually provisioning accounts and managing application access as they adopted more technology and moved toward 1:1 classroom devices. The district engaged Tools4ever and implemented its suite of identity products — including IdentityAccessManagement (UMRA), Password Synchronization Manager, Self‑Service Reset Password Manager (SSRPM) and the HelloID cloud SSO — to centralize and automate user lifecycle and access management.

Tools4ever built automated provisioning and SSO connectors that turned a weeks‑long, building‑by‑building process into one where users “have everything in a day,” cutting day‑to‑day management time in half and saving the helpdesk over half of its routine effort.
