Automated User Account Management Helps Centrastate Healthcare Increase It Staff Efficiency

CentraState Healthcare System, a non-profit community health organization in Freehold, NJ, was spending too much time managing user accounts manually in Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange. To address regulatory and efficiency pressures, CentraState engaged Tools4ever, deploying HelloID and the User Management/UMRA solution to automate the user account lifecycle.

Tools4ever integrated Lawson HR with AD and Exchange to automate provisioning, deprovisioning, mailbox and home-directory creation, OU placement, and twice-daily data syncs back to Lawson. The rollout took roughly two weeks, delivered real-time disabling of terminated accounts, significantly reduced IT time spent on routine account tasks, and improved network security and HIPAA compliance.
