The City of Marietta, a full-service municipality with over 1,000 employees, faced a time-consuming, manual account provisioning process that could take up to 40 minutes per user and created a single-person bottleneck. To solve this, the city engaged Tools4ever and implemented their User Management Resource Administrator (UMRA) solution.

Tools4ever’s UMRA automated account creation using department-specific templates and Active Directory integration, provisioning accounts, folders and connected-app logins automatically and enabling one‑click removals for departing staff.
