Randolph Central School Corporation, a K–12 district in Winchester, IN serving about 1,800 students and staff across five schools and two remote sites, faced slow, error-prone account provisioning managed with custom VB scripts, seasonal student help, and on-premises servers. To solve these multi-location and lifecycle challenges they engaged Tools4ever, deploying identity and user-management solutions including UMRA, IAM (IAM Delegation), and later PSM.
Tools4ever implemented UMRA to automate hourly student account sync and IAM Delegation to let non-technical staff provision employees, manage groups, and create email accounts, with PSM planned to link AD and Google passwords. The result: accounts are available immediately at registration or device pickup (no 30-minute waits), major reductions in staff time previously spent—weeks or a month each summer—on provisioning, lower helpdesk load, and measurable resource savings that let IT focus on higher-impact projects; Tools4ever support has also proven responsive and infrequent.
