Albron implements cloud single sign-on for 1,000 locations and 4,500 employees

Albron, a food-service and hospitality provider with about 4,500 employees across nearly 1,000 locations, struggled with location-specific logins: staff had to sign into around ten supplier websites with different credentials, leading to exposed login notes, frequent password resets and a heavy helpdesk burden. To address this, Albron selected Tools4ever’s HelloID Single Sign-On (SSO), which fit their existing SharePoint-centered workflow.

Tools4ever implemented HelloID SSO with SharePoint integration so employees access supplier sites from a single portal without repeated logins; management of credentials was decentralized to location managers and no extra end-user training was required.
