As client demand grew across North America, Acosta needed a more sophisticated community management solution and expanded qualitative capabilities — prompting a migration to Toluna’s PanelPortal™ platform to support deeper panel technology, scalable panel health systems, and richer research options.

Toluna implemented a seamless migration to PanelPortal™, rebranded the front-end, launched a new incentive points program, captured expanded profiling data, integrated Facebook via PanelPortal Connect, and enabled online qualitative features and TolunaAnalytics™ real-time reporting. In the first 12 months Toluna supported 102 surveys (75 Shopper, 27 Military), 40+ qualitative discussions, and grew the panel from ~10,000 to 14,000 members, with an active plan via Toluna’s ThinkAction™ network to recruit an additional 8,000 members — delivering faster insights, broader research capabilities, and measurable panel growth.
