Toast Bar POS Strikes a Chord with Thunder Road Music Club

Thunder Road Music Club, a bar, restaurant, and live music venue, needed a flexible POS system that could keep up with constant menu changes, high-volume nightlife service, and operations that shift from dinner to nightclub to brunch. Toast implemented a tablet-based POS that let staff make instant menu edits on the fly, update draft beer names and counts from behind the bar, and improve communication with the downstairs kitchen through KDS. The result was faster service, easier staff training, better order visibility, and less wasted time during peak hours, helping Thunder Road focus more on guest experiences and live shows.
