The Mug is a farm-to-table, drive‑in style restaurant in Greenfield and Irvington, IN. After trying multiple POS systems that lacked online ordering, loyalty and gift card functionality, and the mobility needed for carside service, owners needed a solution that would speed ticket times, stop constant phone interruptions, and provide data for smarter marketing and management.
