Pieology Pizzeria, founded in 2011 to deliver made-to-order artisan pizzas, grew rapidly to more than 130 locations and planned further expansion. As a franchise-driven brand, it needed a scalable, easy-to-use POS that could deliver consistent menu, pricing and reporting across locations while meeting marketing, accounting, HR and franchisee needs—something their legacy system couldn’t provide and that had to be quick to deploy and simple to manage.
Pieology adopted Toast’s cloud-based Enterprise POS on Android tablets, enabling centralized, real-time sales, labor and inventory data, faster rollouts, and easier franchise support. The system was implemented in days, reduced IT overhead, improved franchisee adoption and operational consistency, and positioned Pieology to scale more efficiently with responsive vendor support.
