Cava Mezze Uses Toast to Create Continuity Across Multiple Locations

Cava Mezze is a tapas-style Mediterranean restaurant with five locations across Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Maryland. Managing rotating menus, inventory and staff across different POS systems created inconsistency and forced Director of Operations Andreas Xenohristos to travel between sites to update menus, run inventory and reconcile reports.

Switching to Toast’s cloud-based, Android POS unified menus, inventory and reporting across all locations, simplified training with the Toast Training Hub, and enabled remote menu changes and daily inventory runs. The result: faster onboarding, more accurate ordering, lower food costs and reduced waste — and Andreas no longer needs to visit each restaurant to make updates.
