Casa del Barco is an upscale, modern Mexican restaurant in Richmond, VA, operated by Housepitality and known for reimagined comfort food and high guest expectations. Their challenge was to run a multi-station kitchen like a precise production facility—delivering hot, consistent dishes quickly—while overcoming the coordination and timing limits of paper tickets.

They implemented Toast Kitchen Display System (KDS) with separate screens per station to create a paperless, integrated workflow: stations prep and send items to expo, which assembles orders for timely service.
