Mars’ pet-food business in Hungary, operating from the Csongrád-Bokros plant, needed to rebuild its senior leadership team after several vacancies and a period of high tactical pressure, burnout and turnover. The result was stronger collaboration, reduced silos, and much higher engagement: management team scores rose to 4.9+ out of 5 and factory-wide engagement increased from 4.1 to nearly 4.7, placing the site among Mars’ top-performing factories globally.
