CooperVision, a global contact lens manufacturer with a large and growing European operation, needed to align newly built manufacturing, logistics, supply chain and commercial teams after major expansion. TMS Development International Ltd delivered tailored team-building and coaching sessions using the Team Management Profile, with pre-session design calls, visual team maps, linking tips, follow-up packs and regular review sessions. The solution helped CooperVision improve communication, mutual understanding and acceptance across teams, while giving people practical tools they could apply immediately in daily work. Around 200 employees have completed the Profile so far, with further rollouts planned, and CooperVision reports that teams are working better within and between functions as a result.
