TMA Systems partnered with American Airlines to centralize and standardize facilities maintenance across the carrier’s network. Prior to the engagement, maintenance was handled locally with disparate software at stations, leaving headquarters in Fort Worth unable to consolidate comparable, system‑wide reports or effectively forecast inventory and labor needs.

TMA deployed WebTMA, mobileTMA and custom interfaces during a 14‑month initial phase and delivered tailored training for users ranging from novices to DBAs. The implementation eliminated manual report consolidation, established standardized equipment and inventory codes, improved field management, enabled station‑by‑station forecasting and trend analysis, and now supports major maintenance centers including Tulsa, Dallas, Kansas City and American’s headquarters.
