TITUS Helps Dell Protect Confidential Information across the Enterprise

Dell needed a better way to classify information more precisely so it could strengthen data protection for its own confidential data and the sensitive information entrusted to it by customers. To support that goal, Dell chose TITUS and the TITUS Classification solutions, including TITUS Message Classification and TITUS Classification for Microsoft Office, for deployment across its global enterprise.

TITUS implemented the tools with a strong training and awareness program, including proof of concept testing, focus groups, executive pilots, and multiple training formats to drive adoption. The rollout reached over 100,000 Dell employees worldwide and led to a highly successful deployment with an extremely low level of support requests, helping Dell improve its data protection strategy.
