TikTok for Business helped Swisscom, the Swiss telecommunications provider, run a lower-funnel campaign to drive website traffic and promote a new internet subscription and TV deal. Swisscom also wanted to improve traffic quality and optimize for conversions using TikTok’s Pixel Developer Mode.
TikTok for Business used A/B testing to compare native creator content with ads repurposed from other platforms, then boosted the winning approach with In-Feed Ads and TikTok Pixel Developer Mode. By creating local-language creative in German, French, Italian, and English, Swisscom achieved a 22.7% higher conversion rate and 19% lower cost per conversion with native creator content, while local-language targeting delivered a higher conversion rate and 57% lower cost per conversion than English-only targeting.
