TikTok for Business worked with Sephora, a global retailer of leading beauty brands, to strengthen its presence in Malaysia, Thailand, and Australia. Sephora wanted to increase app installs on TikTok, but needed fresh creatives that would resonate across multiple markets and help scale its advertising more effectively.
Using the TikTok Creative Program, TikTok for Business provided localized user-generated, human-centric video creatives each week, supported by its SEA Client Solutions Team and creative partner Naisu. Over one month, 12 creatives were produced and used to test and optimize campaigns across the three markets, resulting in a 17.99% performance difference between markets, a 134% higher conversion rate, and 4.13x conversion scale.
