Driving positive brand affinity through awareness and deep engagement for Samsung in Italy

Samsung worked with TikTok for Business to build awareness and engagement around the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G in Italy. The goal was to put the TikTok community at the center of a fun, innovative campaign that could generate strong brand affinity and encourage creative participation.

TikTok for Business implemented TikTok’s Branded Mission, paired with a Branded Effect, to let creators co-create authentic branded content and help Samsung amplify the best videos. The campaign delivered over 26 million video views, 13,700 brand-relevant video creations, 6,500+ video submissions from creators with at least 1,000 followers, 90 seconds of average unique playtime, a 7,500 increase in profile followers, and a 9.5% lift in ad recall.
