Samsung partnered with TikTok for Business to launch the Samsung Galaxy S24 series in the Netherlands and Belgium. The challenge was to generate strong awareness and engagement among Gen Z, build positive brand sentiment, and drive traffic to Samsung’s website during the product launch.
TikTok for Business worked with Samsung, Space, Publicis, Oona, and Adomni to run an innovative campaign using TikTok’s advertising tools, creator content, retargeting, and out-of-phone placements. The campaign delivered more than 120 million impressions in three months, up to a 33% 15-second video view rate, a 28.3% lift in brand sentiment, and increases of 18% in both ad recall and consideration.
