Orlando City Soccer Club needed a way to move beyond paper tickets and reliably identify who enters their stadium to improve fan experience and prevent fraud. To solve this, the club partnered with Ticketmaster to deploy Presence, a cloud-based access control and fan engagement platform.
Using Ticketmaster’s Presence, OCSC ties digital passes to ticket buyers’ Ticketmaster accounts to track the full ticket chain of custody, eliminate duplicate paper tickets and build a richer fan database. The result: ZERO cases of ticket fraud, an average of 3,000 new fans added per game (400% increase in new fans added to the database), a 220% increase in resale activity, and improved operational efficiency through real-time entry data that eases gate congestion, allocates staffing and enables personalized fan engagement.
