Embassy Theatre Building a Patron-Centric Website

Embassy Theatre, a historic performance venue in Fort Wayne, needed to replace a long-neglected website but found prospective vendors were costly and offered little self-service customization. Embassy partnered with Ticketmaster — specifically Ticketmaster’s Blue Digital team — to build an affordable, patron-centric, mobile-responsive site and a cloud-based, easy-to-update template.

Ticketmaster delivered a fully branded desktop and mobile experience that lets patrons discover shows and purchase tickets without leaving the theatre’s site, and gave Embassy’s marketing team autonomous, low-cost content controls. As a result, Embassy has seen total traffic rise 122%, mobile traffic grow by over 50% (now more than half of all visits), and a significant increase in Broadway subscription purchases.
