EagleBank Arena, home to George Mason University athletics and a year-round schedule of more than 150 events and 500,000 annual attendees, faced a small-staff challenge in building and managing simultaneous events efficiently. To address this, EagleBank Arena adopted Ticketmaster’s TM1 Events to streamline event creation and publication while accommodating varied event types and incomplete early-stage details.
Ticketmaster implemented TM1 Events’ centralized tools—interactive seat maps for drawing layouts, setting holds and distributing inventory, plus easy publishing and editing—to let the team create, scale and release events from one place. As a result, EagleBank Arena reduced time spent scaling events by about 80% and now builds offers and publishes events in roughly 5–10 minutes each, turning processes that once took hours into minutes.
