TUI implemented TIBCO Fast Data technologies—including ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks for integration and Spotfire for real‑time analytics—enabling immediate price adjustments, targeted customer messages, faster application integration and self‑service controls for internal users. The result was smarter, just‑right pricing without sacrificing margin, improved customer experience and net promoter scores, greater development speed and system stability (supporting about €50 million in daily revenue), and recognition with a Trailblazer Award.
