JetBlue, long known for airline innovation, faced fragmented data systems and point‑to‑point integrations that made it hard to get timely, actionable insights for customers and operations. Under Andi Azzolina’s leadership the airline set out to create a single source of truth and a 360° customer view so crews and business teams could be more predictive, personal, and efficient.

JetBlue implemented an enterprise real‑time integration and analytics platform built on TIBCO technologies (with Informatica, SQL Server and Sabre integrations), rolled out TIBCO Spotfire for self‑service analytics, and trained users across the company. The solution delivered near real‑time dashboards and reports (BlueLine and many operational views), enabled proactive re‑accommodation and disaster response, reduced manual work, improved special‑service handling and on‑time performance monitoring, raised NPS and crewmember engagement, and earned the TIBCO Trailblazer Impact award.
