Snowflake, the cloud data platform, faced mounting IT and security workload as its global workforce grew. Snowflake integrated ServiceNow data into its Snowhouse database and deployed ThoughtSpot for ServiceNow Analytics to give engineers real-time, self-service insights. The rollout—completed with a proof of concept in half the usual time—put analytics in the hands of 350 employees, helped the team deliver 99% of commit goals, increased time on transformational IT work to 70% (a 20% boost), and reduced backlog while accelerating decision-making.
