Zespri, the world’s largest purveyor of kiwifruit, wanted to boost demand in Singapore by reaching high-value consumers, increasing awareness and consideration, and reinforcing its premium brand. To do this, Zespri turned to The Trade Desk and its Retail Data solution to support a data-driven omnichannel campaign for a fast-moving fresh-food category.
The Trade Desk implemented a retail data partnership with FairPrice Group to extend Zespri’s reach to high-value first-party audiences and measure in-store and online sales impact in near real time. The campaign delivered a 5% sales uplift for kiwifruit, with 89% of conversions occurring in physical stores, and improved CPA by 30% for users who had bought kiwis in the past three to six months versus more generic fruit buyers.
