The Warehouse Group discovers the joys of omnichannel for their mega toy sale

The Warehouse Group, one of New Zealand’s largest retailers, wanted a better view of how its multichannel advertising was performing and how different channels were working together for its mega toy sale. Working with The Trade Desk, the team used its omnichannel platform, including audience targeting and data tools, to unify measurement across BVOD, audio, display, and native campaigns.

The Trade Desk helped The Warehouse Group activate path-to-conversion reporting, ROAS and revenue lift tracking, footfall measurement, and data-driven audience targeting to optimize performance. The campaign delivered more than 1.4 million unique reach, 157% ROAS on toys purchased, a 24% lift in website revenue, a 73% increase in toy category traffic, and a 72% faster conversion time for users exposed across multiple channels.
