Sinyi Realty brings multichannel data-driven strategy to life using one-stop programmatic shop

Sinyi Realty, one of Taiwan’s leading real estate companies, wanted to reach more property sellers and better understand seller behavior beyond the walled gardens it had relied on before. To do this, the company turned to The Trade Desk and its programmatic advertising platform, using a multichannel, data-driven approach that included Connected TV, video, display, and UID2-based targeting.

With The Trade Desk, Sinyi Realty consolidated first-party CRM data, third-party behavioral data, contextual targeting, retargeting, and cross-channel frequency capping into one campaign. The results were strong: the campaign delivered more than 25 million impressions, 10x the expected KPI, at 34% lower CPM, with a 29% higher VCR from CTV and an 82% VCR using UID2—double the performance of the UGC platform. It also reached 3.7 million unique individuals and uncovered new audience segments for future campaigns.
